Shipping & Handling Policy

• All units require 1–3 full business days for handling after your order is fully processed. This time allows for refurbishing and/or programming, unless otherwise stated.
• Orders that complete refurbishing/programming before 3:00 PM CST will ship the same business day.
• Orders that complete refurbishing/programming after 3:00 PM CST will ship the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

• Shipping transit times vary by location, but most domestic deliveries arrive within 1–3 shipping days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships, so you can monitor its delivery status at any time.
• If your order is delayed for any reason, we will notify you by email or via a phone call to the number on file.

Lifetime Warranty Coverage

All items sold by NPC Automotive Computers are backed by a lifetime warranty.

Please note this warranty does not cover:

• Labor costs for installation or removal
• Locksmith services or key programming fees — NPC Automotive Computers does not reimburse for these expenses — no exceptions.

By purchasing from us, you agree that our liability is limited to the original product price. We are not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from product use. You release NPC Automotive Computers from any such liability.

Lifetime Warranty Void Conditions

The warranty is void if the returned product shows signs of:

• Burnt or damaged components
• Water damage or physical abuse
• Improper use, tampering, or unauthorized modifications
• Removed or damaged warranty/security seals
• Vehicle collision involvement
• Use inconsistent with original purpose

Lifetime warranty is activated on the day of purchase and limited to one claim per item.

Return Policy

Processing Time:
Returns are processed in the order received and may take longer than new orders.

Money-Back Returns:
Refunds only if item is returned within 30 days of purchase — no exceptions. After 30 days, exchange or store credit may apply at our discretion.

Condition Requirements:
Returned items must be in original condition. Items are inspected for:

• Burn marks
• Water or physical damage
• Tampering

NPC Automotive Computers may require the item be returned for inspection before issuing a replacement.

Authorization & Processing

All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Unauthorized returns will not be processed and held for up to 45 days. After that, we reserve the right to keep the item.

Fees & Deductions

• 20% restocking fee for non-defective returns
• $75 programming fee applies to programmed items

NPC Automotive Computers may ask for proof to waive fees.

We sell OEM or refurbished parts and do not cover related costs such as:

• Diagnostic services
• Locksmith fees
• Labor costs
• Rental vehicles
• Storage costs
• Dealership or third-party reprogramming services
